Jon S. Renberg began his career in the insurance industry in 1980 with Pacific Life Insurance Company where he served as a group health insurance claims examiner.

In 1981, Mr. Renberg formed Renberg Insurance Services, Inc., a health insurance agency in Fresno, CA.  As an independent health insurance agent, Mr. Renberg assisted employers in all aspects of their health plans.  Such areas included:  plan design, compliance with state and federal laws and ideas on how to contain healthcare costs.
In 1992, Mr. Renberg acquired Beckwith-Hightower Insurance Services, Inc., a well-respected Third Party Administrator (TPA).  As Beckwith, Hightower & Renberg, the company advanced its status as one of the premier TPAs in Northern California.  The company administered mid size and larger employer self-insured health plans and was acknowledged for its quality service and focus on compliance matters.  Mr. Renberg eventually sold the company to a national insurance brokerage company.

Mr. Renberg resides in Fresno, California with his wife and two children.

Prior to becoming CEO of Renberg-Trogdon Insurance Services, Mr. Trogdon specialized in employee benefits for fourteen (14) years as a Senior Account Executive for a national insurance brokerage firm.  His focus has been on the employee benefit plans of small and mid size employers.

Mr. Trogdon has been recognized by Blue Cross of California, Blue Shield of California and various general agents consistently as one of their top insurance brokers.  Chuck is currently a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.  He has served as chairman of the California AHU state Political Action Committee and the Central California Association of Health Underwriters executive board as education chair, PAC chair, President- Elect and President. 

Mr. Trogdon has been a life long resident of Fresno, California where he resides with his wife and family.

Michael S. Cavale entered the life and health industry in 1986.  Mr. Cavale has been widely recognized for his contribution to the health field having served in numerous advisory capacities.

Mr. Cavale’s areas of expertise include negotiating premiums and fees, claim resolutions, Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).  His efforts have enabled his clients to save significant amounts of money related to their employee benefit plans for many years.

With over ten (10) years of Employee Benefit administration and claims resolution experience, Ms. Rincon heads up our Service team.  Her unique ability to help clients resolve billing and claims issues has made her a valuable team member.  Ms. Rincon has worked with all size employers solving the day- to-day issues that arise.
